Who you’re buying from
When you purchase, you’re buying directly from the creator.- Pocketsflow powers the checkout, delivery, and payment processing.
- The creator sets the refund terms for their products, as long as those terms comply with the platform’s policies.
Step 1 — Check the refund policy
Before requesting a refund, review both:- The product page for any refund window or guarantee (for example, a “14-day money-back guarantee”).
- The platform-wide Refund Policy:

Step 2 — Contact the creator
Refunds are issued by the creator, so reach out to them directly:1
Find the creator's contact
Reply to your confirmation email, or use the support/contact link on the
product page or the creator’s site.
2
Include the key details
Provide your name, the email you used at checkout, any order or
receipt ID, and a brief, clear reason for the request.
3
Respond to follow-ups
The creator may ask questions to understand your situation and find the best
resolution.
What happens if a refund is approved
- The payment is reversed according to the creator’s agreement with Pocketsflow and the payment providers.
- It can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- If a full refund isn’t possible, the creator may offer a partial refund or another resolution (for example, store credit or a different product).
Refunds on subscriptions
- Cancel in the billing portal to prevent the next renewal. You keep access until the current period ends.
- To request a refund of the most recent charge, contact the creator and reference the invoice from your invoice history.
- A refunded subscription payment shows a refunded marker on the related order.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you can’t resolve an issue directly with the creator:- You may be able to raise a dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer.
- Pocketsflow’s Disputes Policy explains how these are handled:
