- The creator sets the specific refund terms for their products, as long as they comply with the platform’s policies.
Step 1 – Check the refund policy
Before requesting a refund:- Review the product page for any refund or guarantee details.

Step 2 – Contact the creator
To request a refund:- Reply to your confirmation email, or use the support contact information on the product or creator site.
- Include:
- Your name.
- The email used at checkout.
- Any order or receipt IDs.
- A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund.
What happens next
If the creator approves a refund:- The payment will be reversed according to their agreement with Pocketsflow and payment providers.
- It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you cannot resolve an issue directly with the creator:- You may be able to raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
