After you buy a product or subscription from a creator using Pocketsflow, you’ll want to access what you paid for as quickly as possible. This guide explains where to look and what to do if something seems missing.

Immediately after purchase

Right after payment succeeds you will typically:
  • See a confirmation page with:
    • A success message.
    • Buttons or links to access your product.
    • Any special instructions from the creator.
  • Receive a confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout.
We recommend:
  • Bookmarking or saving the confirmation page if it includes important links.
  • Checking your email within a few minutes.

Access via email

Your confirmation email usually contains:
  • A receipt or invoice.
  • Links to:
    • Download files.
    • Access a course or community.
    • Manage your subscription (if applicable).
If you don’t see the email:
  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Search for the creator’s name or “Pocketsflow”.
  • Verify that you used the correct email at checkout.
If you still can’t find it, contact the creator or see Contact support.

Types of access

Depending on what you purchased, access can look different:
  • Downloadable files – you’ll receive one or more links to download files directly.
  • Courses – you’ll get a link to a course area, sometimes on a separate platform, along with login instructions.
  • Communities and memberships – you’ll be given instructions on joining a community space (for example, Discord or other platforms).
Creators may also offer a buyer portal or account area where you can see all your purchases together.

Lost access

If you previously had access but now can’t:
  • For downloads:
    • Try the original email links again.
    • Check whether the creator has updated how files are delivered.
  • For subscriptions:
When in doubt, contact the creator with:
  • Your name.
  • The email you used to purchase.
  • Any order or receipt ID you have.
