Three tools build on your subscribers and automations. Each is part of a plan; the dashboard shows the plan next to anything your plan doesn’t include yet.

Audience segments

Build a segment from rules — bought a product, didn’t buy one, spent more or less than an amount, bought (or stopped buying) in the last N days, opened or clicked in the last N days, has a tag, lives in a country, subscribed through your store form, at checkout, by import, by hand or through the API. Combine rules with All / Any, and add groups for “this or that”. The count updates as you edit. Use a segment as a post’s audience (Email this segment), limit an automation to it, or branch on it in a condition. Turn on a smart tag to keep a tag like vip or lapsed on exactly the people in the segment, refreshed nightly. The API reference is on Audience segments.

Win-back emails

Two ready-made automations. Each one opens as a draft with its email written for you; edit the email, then turn it on.

Cross-sell

Seven days after someone buys (any product, or one you pick), suggest another product: the one their fellow buyers most often bought next, or one you choose. Never something they already own.

Comeback coupon

When a customer hasn’t bought in 90 days, send them their own single-use code (15% off for 14 days by default). Each code works once, for your products, and is hidden from your discounts list.
The emails can use these merge tags: {{productName}}, {{productUrl}}, {{productImage}}, {{productPrice}}, {{boughtProductName}}, {{couponCode}}, {{couponPercent}}, {{couponExpiresAt}}. Each person gets each email once per reason: one cross-sell per product they bought, one comeback coupon per lapse. Unsubscribed contacts never get them, and test-mode sales never start them.

Browse abandonment

When a subscriber clicks through one of your emails to a product page and leaves without starting checkout, they get a reminder the next day. Never if they bought it, at most once per product every 14 days, and never after they unsubscribe.

How we know who looked (privacy)

  • Links in your emails that point at your own store (your Pocketsflow subdomain or your connected domain) carry a pf_sid parameter: an encrypted visitor token (the same one personal deadlines use). Nobody can read the email inside it, it can’t be forged or pointed at someone else, and it expires after 90 days. Links to any other site are left exactly as you wrote them.
  • Your store keeps the token in a first-party cookie on your own domain and removes it from the address bar. No third-party cookie, pixel or fingerprinting is used.
  • A buyer who just checked out is recognised the same way from their order, if they are on your list.
  • We record only which product they looked at and when, whether they started checkout, and when we reminded them. No URL, referrer, IP address or device. These records are deleted 60 days after the last view.
  • Nothing is collected unless you’re on Pro and have a browse abandonment automation turned on. Turn it off and links go back to normal.
Mention product reminders in your privacy policy if your audience expects it.
