Made a product with someone else? Add them as a co-creator with a share, and every sale of that product is split automatically. Collaborations bring both audiences to the product, and nobody has to do the math by hand. Inviting co-creators is part of the Growth plan and above. Being a co-creator (accepting an invite and earning a share) works on every plan.
1

Open the product's split

Go to Revenue splits in the sidebar and pick the product (or open Revenue splits → Your products → Set up a split).
2

Invite a co-creator

Enter their email and their share, for example 30%. You can add up to 5 co-creators per product, and their shares add up to 100% at most. You keep the rest.
3

They accept

They get an email with a link. To accept, they sign in to Pocketsflow with that email and must have payouts set up, so their share has somewhere to go. The invite expires after 14 days; you can send it again.
4

Every sale after that is split

Sales from the moment they accept are split. Earlier sales are not.

How a sale is split

All amounts are worked out in whole cents, in your payout currency.
  1. Sale amount: what the buyer paid for the product, before sales tax (tax is never split).
  2. Platform fee: taken once on the full sale, at your plan’s rate (2%, or 1% / 0.5% on the Volume plans).
  3. Affiliate commission: if an affiliate made the sale, their commission comes out next.
  4. Split base: what is left. Each co-creator gets their share of it, rounded down to the cent. You keep the rest, so any rounding cent goes to you and the shares can never add up to more than the sale.
Payment processing costs stay with you: they are charged on the whole payment, which can include other products (order bumps). An order bump or a payment-plan payment of a split product is split the same way. Test-mode sales and free orders are never split.

Refunds and disputes

  • A refunded or disputed sale reverses every co-creator’s share of that sale.
  • If the share was already paid out, it is taken back from that co-creator’s next payout on your products.

Fraud safety

A co-creator account that is suspended, deleted, under fraud review or with payouts on hold has its shares held: they stay recorded but are not paid until the account is cleared. The same applies when your own account is under review. An account under fraud review cannot accept an invite.

Payouts

Shares are recorded on every sale as pending. Once split payouts are on for your account, each co-creator’s pending shares are paid out daily, 14 days after the sale (the refund window), from your payouts balance to theirs. Until then, the shares stay recorded as pending and are visible to both of you.

What each side sees

  • You (owner): the co-creators and their status on each product, what each one has earned, and the split of every sale (on the product’s split page and on the order).
  • Co-creators: Revenue splits → Shared with you, with their totals (pending, held, paid, reversed) and their share of each sale. They never see your buyers.

Removing a co-creator

You can remove a co-creator (or cancel a pending invite) at any time, and a co-creator can leave. Sales from that moment are no longer split. Shares already recorded stay owed and are paid as usual. If your plan no longer includes revenue splits, existing splits keep working: you can still see and remove them, but you cannot invite anyone new.

Use it from the API or an AI agent

Everything is available in the public API and as MCP tools (list_revenue_splits, create_revenue_split, accept_revenue_split_invite, remove_revenue_split, get_revenue_split_earnings, …). The split.created and split.paid webhooks tell your systems when a sale is split and when a share is paid.
