If something isn’t working with your purchase, we want you to get help quickly. This guide explains who to contact, in what order, and exactly what to include so your issue is resolved as fast as possible.

Start with the creator

Because you buy directly from the creator, they can resolve most issues fastest — access problems, product questions, invoice corrections, and refund requests.
1

Reply to your confirmation email

This is the quickest route — it already ties your message to your order.
2

Or use the creator's support link

Look for a Contact or Support link on the product page or the creator’s website.
Include:
  • The email you used at checkout.
  • Any order or receipt ID (from your email or Purchases page).
  • A clear description of the issue — for example “download link not working”, “charged twice”, “need my invoice updated with a VAT number”, or “want to cancel my subscription”.
  • A screenshot, if there’s an error message or unexpected charge.

Self-serve first (often faster than waiting for a reply)

Many issues have an immediate fix:

Common issues

Missing email, declined payment, can’t access, charged twice.

Accessing purchases

Re-download files and re-open courses from your Purchases page.

Managing subscriptions

Update your card, download invoices, change plan, or cancel yourself.

Refunds

Check refund terms and how to request one.

Reporting a seller

  • Report a seller: https://www.pocketsflow.com/report
For details, see Report a seller. For the rules that govern the platform, see Resources & policies.

Check platform status

If a page or checkout seems broken for everyone, it may be a known incident. Check the status page before reporting, so you know whether to simply wait for a fix.
