Start with the creator

In most cases, the fastest resolution comes directly from the creator. Try this first:
  1. Reply to your purchase confirmation email.
  2. Look for a Contact or Support link on the product page or the creator’s website.
Include:
  • The email you used at checkout.
  • Any order or receipt IDs.
  • A clear description of the issue (for example, “download link not working”, “charged twice”, “need invoice updated”).
