Pocketsflow takes fraud, abuse, and policy violations seriously. This page explains how to report a seller or product so the team can investigate.

When to report a seller

Consider reporting when you see:
  • Products that appear to be scams or clearly misleading.
  • Content that violates laws or platform rules.
  • Sellers refusing to honor clearly stated policies or acting abusively.
Before reporting:
  • Make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue directly with the seller where appropriate.

How to report

Use the official reporting form:
  • Report a seller: https://www.pocketsflow.com/report
Include as much detail as possible:
  • Links to the product page.
  • Screenshots of the issue.
  • Your order or receipt IDs, if relevant.
  • Any communication with the seller.

What happens next

After you submit a report:
  • The Pocketsflow team reviews it against platform policies.
  • Additional information may be requested.
  • Appropriate actions may be taken, which can include warnings, suspensions, or removal from the platform.
Not every dispute will result in account action, but each report helps improve safety on the platform.
