Why these matter

  • How refunds, disputes, and account actions are handled.

Which policy applies to me?

The Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disputes Policy are the ones you’ll reference most. Remember the creator’s own product-page terms also apply, within these platform rules.
Read the Seller Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Prohibited Items, and Refund Policy closely — they define what you can sell and the standards you must meet. Align your own product terms with them.
Review the DPA and Privacy Policy with your legal or compliance advisors, and keep your own site’s terms consistent with the platform terms.
This page is a convenience index, not legal advice. If you operate a business on Pocketsflow, review these policies with your own legal or compliance advisors.
