What you’ll see at checkout

The payment options you see can depend on:
  • Your country and currency.
  • The payment providers used behind the scenes.
  • The creator’s settings.
You’ll typically see at least one major card option, and sometimes additional local methods.

Pocketsflow and its payment partners handle your payment details securely.
  • Sensitive information is sent directly to payment processors over encrypted connections.
  • Creators do not see your full card number.
If you have concerns, you can contact both the creator and Pocketsflow support.

The most up-to-date list of supported payment methods is published on the main site:

If a method you prefer is not available:
  • Check that your country is supported at https://www.pocketsflow.com/countries.
  • Ask the creator if they offer alternative ways to pay.

Failed payments

If your payment fails:
  • Check that your card or payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
  • Ensure your billing information is correct.
  • Try again or use another payment method.
