This guide walks you through a typical purchase from a Pocketsflow-powered checkout. The exact wording, colors, and fields differ by creator, but the flow is the same everywhere.

Before you start

Have ready:
  • A valid email address you can access — this is where your receipt and access links go.
  • A supported payment method (see Payment methods).
Buying a subscription? Skim the price, billing frequency (weekly / monthly / yearly), and any free-trial length on the product page first, so there are no surprises at renewal. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.

Step 1 — Open the product page

  1. Follow the link the creator shared (social media, newsletter, link in bio, or their website).
  2. Read the product description carefully:
    • What you’ll receive — a download, course access, a community invite, or a license key.
    • Who it’s for and what outcome it promises.
    • Any guarantees, refund terms, or special conditions.
If anything is unclear, look for an FAQ on the page or a link to the creator’s support before you buy.

Step 2 — Start checkout

  1. Click the primary call-to-action — for example Buy now or Get access.
  2. A Pocketsflow-powered checkout opens (often embedded directly on the page).
  3. Confirm the details shown:
    • Product name.
    • Price and currency.
    • Any discount that should apply.
Have a discount or coupon code? Enter it in the code field at checkout before paying. The total updates to reflect the discount. If a code doesn’t apply, check for typos, expiry, or that it’s valid for that specific product.
If the price or product looks wrong, go back to the product page or contact the creator before paying.

Step 3 — Enter your details

On the checkout you’ll normally see:
  • Email address — used for receipts and access links. Double-check it.
  • Name — for receipts and personalization (sometimes optional).
  • Optional fields — such as company name, billing address, or a VAT/tax ID, depending on what the creator collects.

Step 4 — Choose a payment method

Select from the methods the creator has enabled. Depending on your country, device, and the creator’s setup, you may see:
  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — shown automatically on supported devices and browsers.
  • PayPal — where the creator has it enabled.
  • Crypto or card — some checkouts support paying with crypto (on Solana) or a card.
Enter your payment details in the secure fields. See Payment methods for more.

Step 5 — Confirm and pay

  1. Review the order summary one last time.
  2. Click the confirmation button to pay.
  3. Wait for the confirmation screen — don’t refresh or close the tab while it’s processing. Payment confirmation can take a few seconds to finalize.
If there’s a problem, the checkout shows a clear message. See Common issues for declines and errors.

Step 6 — Access your purchase

After a successful payment you’ll typically:
  • See a confirmation (“thank you”) screen with a button to access, download, or open your product, plus any message from the creator.
  • Receive a confirmation email with your receipt and access links.
  • Be offered the chance to create a free account (or sign in) so the purchase is saved to your Purchases list for later.
Depending on the product, “access” might be an instant download, a redirect to a course or community, or a license key. For subscriptions, the same screen confirms your plan started.
Create an account with the same email you paid with. Your purchase is then linked to your account automatically, and subscriptions gain a Manage subscription button.
For details, see Accessing your purchases.

After you buy

  • Save the confirmation email. It’s often the fastest route back to your product and contains your order ID.
  • Leave a review if the thank-you screen offers one — it helps the creator and future buyers.
  • Bought a subscription? Learn how to update your card, download invoices, change plan, or cancel in Managing subscriptions.
