This guide walks you through a typical purchase flow as a buyer. The exact wording and design might differ by creator, but the steps are similar.

Step 1 – Open the product page

  1. Follow the link shared by the creator (for example, from social media, a newsletter, or their website).
  2. Read the product description carefully:
    • What you’ll receive.
    • Who it’s for.
    • Any guarantees, refunds, or special conditions.
If anything is unclear, check whether the page has an FAQ section or links to the creator’s support.

Step 2 – Start checkout

  1. Click the primary call-to-action (for example, Buy now or Get access).
  2. You’ll be taken to a checkout page powered by Pocketsflow.
  3. Confirm the details:
    • Product name.
    • Price and currency.
    • Any discounts that should apply.
If something looks off, go back to the product page or contact the creator before paying.

Step 3 – Enter your details

On the checkout page you’ll normally see fields for:
  • Email address – used for receipts and access links.
  • Name – for receipts or personalization (optional in some cases).
  • Optional extra fields – such as company name or other information the creator needs.
Double-check your email address—it’s the main way you’ll receive access.

Step 4 – Choose a payment method

  1. Select your preferred payment method from those shown.
  2. Enter your payment details securely.
  3. Review any tax or policy information shown on the page.

Step 5 – Confirm and pay

  1. Review your order summary one last time.
  2. Click the confirmation button to complete payment.
  3. Wait for the confirmation screen—do not refresh or close the page until it finishes processing.

Step 6 – Access your purchase

After a successful payment you will typically:
  • See a confirmation screen with links or instructions.
  • Receive an email with:
    • A receipt.
    • Access links or downloads.
    • Any next steps from the creator.
