Pocketsflow is a platform creators use to sell digital products and subscriptions. This page explains what that means for you as a buyer — what you’re buying, who you’re buying from, how checkout works, and where to turn if something goes wrong.

What is Pocketsflow?

Pocketsflow provides creators with:
  • Secure, hosted checkout for digital products and memberships.
  • Global payments — cards, wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay), PayPal, and crypto/card options, in many currencies.
  • Delivery and receipts — automatic access instructions and email receipts.
  • A buyer account where you can keep every purchase in one place.
When you purchase, you’re buying directly from the creator. Pocketsflow (and its payment partners) powers the payment, tax handling, and delivery experience behind the scenes — similar to how a card terminal or an app store sits between you and a merchant.

What you can buy

Creators use Pocketsflow to sell things like:
  • Online courses and workshops.
  • Guides, eBooks, and playbooks.
  • Notion templates and other productivity tools.
  • Communities and memberships (often billed as subscriptions).
  • Design assets — icons, wallpapers, 3D assets, UI components.
  • Software licenses (some products deliver a license key).
The exact catalog depends on the creators you buy from.

One-time products vs. subscriptions

One-time products

A single payment. You get immediate access — a download, a link, a license key, or an invite. Nothing renews.

Subscriptions & memberships

A recurring payment (weekly, monthly, or yearly), sometimes after a free trial. You can manage or cancel it yourself from the billing portal.

How a typical purchase works

1

Open a product page

You land on a page the creator shared — from social media, a newsletter, a link in bio, or their own site.
2

Start checkout

Click the main call-to-action (for example Buy now or Get access). A Pocketsflow-powered checkout opens.
3

Enter your details and pay

Provide your email and payment details. Your email is where receipts and access links are sent, so double-check it.
4

Get access

On success you see a confirmation screen with an access button, and you receive a confirmation email. You can also create a free account to save the purchase.
For a detailed walkthrough, see How to purchase.

Where to find what you bought

  • Right away: the confirmation screen and the email receipt both contain access links or instructions.
  • Later: if you created an account, sign in and open Purchases to see every order and subscription in one list.
See Accessing your purchases for details, and Managing subscriptions if you bought a recurring plan.

Staying safe

  • Check that checkout is hosted on pocketsflow.com (typically a creator subdomain such as creatorname.pocketsflow.com) or the creator’s own trusted domain.
  • Review the product description and refund terms before paying.
  • Keep your confirmation emails — they often contain the only access links and your order IDs.
  • Your card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure, encrypted fields. Creators never see your full card number.
If something doesn’t look right, you can report it.
