Pocketsflow is built to be creator-friendly and transparent about costs. This page explains the types of fees you may encounter and where to find the latest numbers.

Types of fees

You may see a combination of:
  • Platform fees – what Pocketsflow charges for providing the platform.
  • Payment processing fees – what underlying payment networks charge per transaction.
  • Currency conversion or cross-border fees – where applicable when buyers pay in different currencies.
Your effective take-home amount per sale is: Net earnings=Price paid by buyer(platform fees+processing fees+other applicable fees)\text{Net earnings} = \text{Price paid by buyer} - (\text{platform fees} + \text{processing fees} + \text{other applicable fees})

Where to find current pricing

Because exact fee levels can change over time, always use the Pricing page on the main site as your source of truth:
  • Pricing: https://www.pocketsflow.com/pricing
There you’ll find:
  • Current platform plans and what’s included.
  • Any per-transaction or percentage-based fees.
  • Comparisons vs other platforms.

Viewing fees on individual orders

In your Pocketsflow dashboard, each order typically includes:
  • Gross amount paid by the buyer.
  • Fees associated with the transaction.
  • Net amount allocated toward your future payout.
Use this view to:
  • Reconcile payouts.
  • Answer detailed accounting questions.
  • Understand how fees vary by product type or region.

Communicating fees to buyers

Buyers usually see:
  • The price you set.
  • Any applicable taxes or VAT, where relevant.
Platform and processing fees are between you and Pocketsflow and are not itemized to buyers. Make sure your public pricing reflects these costs so your margins remain healthy.
