Invoices and receipts help you keep records for personal, business, or tax purposes. This guide explains where to find them for purchases you made via Pocketsflow.

After your purchase

Immediately after a successful payment, you will typically receive:
  • A confirmation email that includes:
    • Basic receipt details.
    • The amount paid and currency.
    • The product name.
Keep this email—it’s often all you need for basic documentation.

Downloading or viewing an invoice

Creators may:
  • Include a link in your confirmation email to view or download an invoice.
  • Provide access via a customer or billing portal.
If you need a more formal invoice:
  1. Check your confirmation email for:
    • A “View invoice” or “Download receipt” link.
    • Instructions from the creator.
  2. If you can’t find such a link, contact the creator and request an invoice that includes:
    • Your name (or company name).
    • Billing address, if required.
    • The product name and date.

Updating billing details

If you made a mistake in your billing details:
  • Reply to the confirmation email with the corrected information.
  • Ask the creator whether they can issue an updated invoice.
Note that some details may be fixed for compliance reasons once a transaction is processed.

Subscriptions

For subscriptions:
  • You may receive an invoice/receipt for each billing period.
  • Many creators provide a portal where you can:
    • View past invoices.
    • Download PDFs.
