After your purchase
Immediately after a successful payment, you will typically receive:- A confirmation email that includes:
- Basic receipt details.
- The amount paid and currency.
- The product name.
Downloading or viewing an invoice
Creators may:- Include a link in your confirmation email to view or download an invoice.
- Provide access via a customer or billing portal.
- Check your confirmation email for:
- A “View invoice” or “Download receipt” link.
- Instructions from the creator.
- If you can’t find such a link, contact the creator and request an invoice that includes:
- Your name (or company name).
- Billing address, if required.
- The product name and date.
Updating billing details
If you made a mistake in your billing details:- Reply to the confirmation email with the corrected information.
- Ask the creator whether they can issue an updated invoice.
Subscriptions
For subscriptions:- You may receive an invoice/receipt for each billing period.
- Many creators provide a portal where you can:
- View past invoices.
- Download PDFs.
