MRR reports (Pro plan and above) turn your subscription payments into the numbers a subscription business runs on. Open Dashboard → MRR. Pick a date range, optionally one subscription offer, and every figure is compared with the previous period of the same length.

How MRR is counted

Each paid subscription payment covers one billing period from the day it is paid — a week, a month or a year — plus a short grace for a late renewal (3 days weekly, 7 monthly, 14 yearly) while the card is retried.
  • While covered, the subscriber counts at the monthly value of that payment, excluding tax: a yearly 120countsas120 counts as 10, a weekly 5as5 as 21.73 (× 52 ÷ 12).
  • A refunded payment covers nothing.
  • When a period ends with no renewal, the subscriber has churned.
Because the report is built from what subscribers actually paid, discounts and price changes show up as they happened.

History that doesn’t move

Every night we save each day’s MRR (for your whole account and for every offer). A saved day is never rewritten, so last month’s numbers stay the same even if a payment is refunded later or an offer is deleted. Today’s figures are live. Days are UTC.
