# Status

> Check Pocketsflow service status, subscribe to incident updates, and follow the blog and changelog.

This page links to the sources of truth about Pocketsflow's reliability.
Bookmark them so you always know whether the platform is healthy.

## Service status

To see whether Pocketsflow is operating normally or has an incident in progress:

<Card title="Status page" icon="signal" href="https://app.pocketsflow.com/status" horizontal>
  `app.pocketsflow.com/status`
</Card>

Use the status page to:

* Confirm whether a problem you're seeing is part of a **wider incident** rather
  than something specific to your account.
* **Subscribe to updates** for specific components so you're notified of
  incidents and their resolution.
* Review **historical uptime** and past incident write-ups.

<Tip>
  Before reporting that checkout, the dashboard, or emails "aren't working",
  check the status page. If there's an active incident, the team is already on
  it and you can simply wait for the resolution update.
</Tip>

### When you're seeing an issue but status is green

If the status page shows everything operational but you still have a problem,
it's likely account- or configuration-specific. Head to the relevant
troubleshooting guide:
