# Help Center

> The Pocketsflow support hub for creators and buyers — where to search articles, contact support, and what to include so you get help fast.

The Pocketsflow **Help Center** is the public support hub for both creators and
buyers. Use it alongside this documentation site: the docs explain how things
work in depth, while the Help Center focuses on quick answers and
troubleshooting.

## What to include when you contact support

Giving the team the right details up front avoids back-and-forth:

* Your **account email** (creators) or the **email used at checkout** (buyers).
* Relevant **order, subscription, or receipt IDs**.
* **Links** to the product or page involved.
* A **clear description** of what you expected vs. what happened.
