# Weekly growth report

> A Monday email with last week's sales, visits and conversion, plus one specific next step for your store. Free on every plan.

Every Monday at **08:00 in your timezone**, Pocketsflow emails you a short
report on the week that just ended: what you sold, how many people visited,
how well visits turned into sales, and **one** thing to do next. It is free on
every plan.

<Note>
  You get the report when your store had at least one visit or one sale in the
  last 28 days. Quiet stores aren't emailed until something happens.
</Note>

## What's in it

| Figure | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Revenue** | Paid revenue from Monday 00:00 to Monday 00:00, in your account currency, with the change vs the week before. |
| **Sales** | Paid orders. Order-bump add-ons count as part of their order, not as extra sales. |
| **Visits** | Unique visitors to your store, product and creator pages. |
| **Conversion** | `(paid orders + new subscriptions) ÷ visits × 100`. |
| **Best seller** | The product that earned the most last week. |
| **Top traffic source** | Where most visitors came from (`Direct / none` when there was no referrer). |

These are the same numbers your dashboard shows for that week — see
[Analytics](/operations/analytics). Test-mode sales and visits are never
included.

## Your next step

The report ends with one recommendation. Pocketsflow checks these in order and
picks the **first** that fits your store:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Publish your first product">
    You have no published product yet.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn visits into your first sale">
    People visited but nobody bought. The button opens the product with the
    most visits so you can check its price and checkout.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add an order bump to your best seller">
    Your best seller has no [order bump](/selling/upsells-and-bundles) yet.
    Order bumps are part of the Growth plan; on another plan the link shows
    what they unlock.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Win back your abandoned checkouts">
    Buyers started a checkout last week and didn't pay. Recovery emails are
    turned on in the product's Checkout step (Growth plan).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send a newsletter">
    You have [newsletter](/selling/newsletter) subscribers and haven't emailed
    them in over 14 days.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Let affiliates sell for you">
    Everything else looks healthy: invite [affiliates](/operations/affiliates)
    to grow your reach.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Turn it on or off

Open **Settings → Notifications** in your dashboard. The **Weekly growth
report** switch saves right away, and **Send me a test** emails last week's
report to your account email so you can see it now. Every report also has a
one-click **Unsubscribe from weekly reports** link at the bottom; it only
stops this report, never receipts or payout emails.

Your timezone comes from your account. Without one, the report is sent at
08:00 UTC.

## From the API or an AI agent

Read the report and change the setting with an API key — see the
[endpoint reference](/api-reference/endpoints#weekly-report):

```bash theme={"system"}
curl https://api.pocketsflow.com/users/weekly-report/preview \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer pk_live_..."
curl -X PUT https://api.pocketsflow.com/users/weekly-report/settings \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer pk_live_..." \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{ "enabled": false }'
```

The [MCP server](/api-reference/mcp-server) exposes the same as
`get_weekly_report`, `get_weekly_report_settings` and
`update_weekly_report_settings`, so you can ask your assistant "How did my
store do last week?".
