# Agency partner program

> Build and run stores for clients from one login, and earn a share of each client plan for 12 months.

Agencies, studios and freelancers who build stores for others can join the
agency partner program. Clients invite you, their stores appear in your store
switcher, and you earn **20% of each client's Pocketsflow plan payments for
12 months**.

  The agency program is free on every plan. Clients don't need a plan with
  team seats to invite you, and you don't use one of their seats.

## Join as an agency

Open **Agency** in the sidebar (Grow) and enter your agency name and, if you
like, your website. You get an **agency code** (like `AG-7KQ2M9XP`) and an
invite link to send to clients.

## A client invites you

The client opens **Settings → Grow → Agency** (or your invite link), enters
your code and clicks **Give access**. You become an **admin** of their store:

* you can manage products, store design, emails, discounts, analytics and the
  API;
* you never see or change payouts, billing or ownership;
* the client can remove you at any time; you can also stop managing a store
  from your dashboard.

A store has one agency at a time. Open a client store from the store switcher
or the **Open store** button on your dashboard.

## Your dashboard

**Agency** shows every client store with its plan, sales and orders over the
last 30 days, subscribers, what you earned from it and when your 12 months end,
plus totals for all clients.

## Earnings and statements

* You earn your share of each client **plan payment** (net of discounts and
  tax), never of the client's own sales.
* The 12 months start the first time a client invites you. Inviting the same
  agency again doesn't restart them.
* Each payment shows as *Clearing* for the 14-day refund window, then
  *Cleared*. A refunded payment is taken off your earnings.
* **Statements** lists every month with each client payment and your share.

Your own stores, and stores that look like the same person or payout account,
never earn a share. Neither do suspended or fraudulent stores.

<Warning>
  Payouts of agency earnings have not started yet. Every earning is recorded
  and shown on your statements, and will be paid to the payout account
  connected to your Pocketsflow account once payouts open.
