# Contact support

> How to get help fast when something goes wrong with a purchase made through Pocketsflow — creator first, then Pocketsflow.

If something isn't working with your purchase, we want you to get help quickly.
This guide explains who to contact, in what order, and exactly what to include
so your issue is resolved as fast as possible.

## Start with the creator

Because you buy **directly from the creator**, they can resolve most issues
fastest — access problems, product questions, invoice corrections, and refund
requests.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Reply to your confirmation email">
    This is the quickest route — it already ties your message to your order.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Or use the creator's support link">
    Look for a **Contact** or **Support** link on the product page or the
    creator's website.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Include:

* The **email** you used at checkout.
* Any **order or receipt ID** (from your email or **Purchases** page).
* A **clear description** of the issue — for example "download link not
  working", "charged twice", "need my invoice updated with a VAT number", or
  "want to cancel my subscription".
* A **screenshot**, if there's an error message or unexpected charge.

## Self-serve first (often faster than waiting for a reply)

Many issues have an immediate fix:

  </Card>

    Re-download files and re-open courses from your Purchases page.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Managing subscriptions" icon="repeat" href="/buyers/managing-subscriptions">
    Update your card, download invoices, change plan, or cancel yourself.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Refunds" icon="rotate-left" href="/buyers/refunds">

  </Card>

* **Report a seller:** `https://www.pocketsflow.com/report`

For details, see [Report a seller](/resources/report-a-seller). For the rules
that govern the platform, see [Resources & policies](/resources/legal).
