# Accessing your purchases

> Find, open, and re-access the digital products, courses, memberships, and license keys you bought through Pocketsflow.

After you buy from a creator using Pocketsflow, you'll want to reach what you
paid for as quickly as possible. This guide explains every place your access can
appear and what to do if something seems missing.

## Immediately after purchase

Right after payment succeeds you'll typically:

* See a **confirmation ("thank you") screen** with:
  * A success message.
  * A prominent **Get product / Access** button.
  * Any special instructions from the creator.
  * Sometimes a prompt to **leave a review** or **create an account**.
* Receive a **confirmation email** at the address you used at checkout.

We recommend:

* **Clicking the access button** on the confirmation screen first.
* **Saving the confirmation email** in case you need the links or your order ID
  later.
* Checking your inbox within a few minutes if the email hasn't arrived.

<Note>
  Confirmation can take a few seconds to finalize after payment. If the
  thank-you screen is still processing, give it a moment before refreshing.
</Note>

## Access via email

Your confirmation email usually contains:

* A **receipt** with the amount, product name, and order ID.
* **Access** — a download link, a course/community link, login instructions, or
  a license key.
* A **manage subscription** link (for recurring plans).

If you don't see the email:

* Check your **spam**, **junk**, and **promotions** folders.
* Search your inbox for the **creator's name** or **"Pocketsflow"**.
* Verify you used the **correct email** at checkout (a typo is the most common
  cause).

Still nothing? Contact the creator, or see
[Contact support](/buyers/contact-support).

## Access from your Pocketsflow account

If you **created a free account** (or signed in) at checkout, every purchase is
saved to your account. Sign in and open **Purchases** to see them all in one
place. Each row shows:

| Column                 | What it shows                                                    |
| ---------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Actions | **Get product** / **Manage subscription**, and **Invoice**. |
| Order ID | A unique reference for the purchase. |
| Product / Subscription | The item name and thumbnail. |
| Status | Paid, or the subscription status (active, past due, cancelled…). |
| Paid | The amount and currency. |
| Date purchased | When you bought it. |
| Next invoice | For subscriptions, the next renewal date. |
| License key | For products that deliver one. |

From here you can re-download a file, re-open a course or community, grab your
license key, download an invoice, or (for subscriptions) open the billing
portal via **Manage subscription**.

<Tip>
  Didn't make an account at checkout? You can still create one later — use the
  **same email you paid with** so your past purchases are matched to your
  account.
</Tip>

## Types of access

What "access" means depends on what you bought:

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Downloadable files" icon="download">
    You get one or more download links (on the thank-you screen, in your email,
    and in **Purchases**). Click **Get product** to download. Save the file
    locally after downloading.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Courses" icon="graduation-cap">
    You're taken to a course area — sometimes on a separate platform — with login
    or enrollment instructions. Follow the link and sign in with the email you
    purchased with where possible.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Communities & memberships" icon="users">
    You get an invite or instructions to join a community space (for example
    Discord or another platform). Access usually continues for as long as your
    membership is active.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="License keys" icon="key">
    Software and licensed assets deliver a **license key**, shown on the
    thank-you screen and in the **License key** column of **Purchases**. Copy it
    into the app or site where it's redeemed.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Redirect to the creator's own system" icon="arrow-up-right-from-square">
    Some products send you to the creator's own delivery page or app right after
    purchase, carrying your order details along so they can grant access.
  </Accordion>

## Lost or broken access

If you previously had access but now can't get in:

* **Downloads:** try the original email links again, or the **Get product**
  button in **Purchases**. Creators occasionally update how files are delivered.
* **Courses / communities:** confirm you're logging in with the email you
  purchased with.
* **Subscriptions:** check that the subscription is still **active** — a failed
  renewal can suspend access until you update your card. See
  [Managing subscriptions](/buyers/managing-subscriptions).
* **Links won't open:** try another browser or device, and disable VPNs or
  extensions that might interfere.

When contacting the creator for help, include:

* Your **name**.
* The **email** you used to purchase.
* Any **order or receipt ID** you have.
* A short description (and a screenshot) of what's not working.
